All our Technical Attendance Support Packages now include Network Support

This provides school with a reactive support in addition to our regular Technical Attendance packages (excluding monthly support). In many cases, if a problem is logged before 10:00 am, a technician will be on site the same day, after 10:00 am then this will generally be the following day. We will try to send your usual technician but this sometimes isn’t possible.

    • 12 months unlimited support fixes for critical issues
    • 12 months unlimited on-site visits for critical issues

Please note; critical issues are prioritised and determined by their level of disruption to the school

Pay as you Go

Pay As You Go support can be purchased in blocks of hours for small schools, nurseries, and Children’s Centre’s or for primary schools requiring just emergency support.  This service is flexible based on the schools individual requirements.

Hardware Provision

The equipment used in school is a critical component of the support we provide. That’s why we source the cheapest prices for the best components that we can. If you require a quote for hardware we will find the lowest priced, best suited product.

Recommend a Friend

We understand that budgets are tight, so take advantage of our recommend a friend scheme.  Sign up to one of the services, introduce another school to our support, and each school will receive a 5% discount on their costs (discount on first year support only)
