This is a full-time role for an IT Account Manager based in the Chorley Area. The IT Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions that meet their needs, identifying areas for improvement in client processes and systems, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

- 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Experience in IT services and solutions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
